					<description>I agree.  It's hard to get much accomplished since every time you're about to &quot;get into the groove&quot; you get distracted.  And it keeps getting worse with things like Blackberries and cell phones with IM so that you're no longer just distracted while in front of your computer, but even in the evening at home with your family.
